Use of the site
This website provides information about our inbound tourism services in Medellín, Antioquia and the Coffee Region: experiences and tours, tour guides and transport. You may freely browse the content, review our services, use the travel assistant, request quotes and contact us through the available forms and channels. Using the site for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that harm Maoke Travel or third parties, is prohibited.
Bookings, quotes and payments
Quotes and bookings for experiences, guides and transport are subject to availability, which our team confirms directly with you: the site does not check availability in real time. Published prices may change without notice and are not a final contractual offer; the specific conditions of each service are confirmed in writing during coordination. Online payments are processed through the Wompi payment gateway, subject to its own terms of service.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including texts, images, photographs, logos, designs, code and structure, belongs to MAOKE TRAVEL S.A.S. or is used with the corresponding authorization. Reproducing, distributing or modifying the content without prior written authorization is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos on the site belong to their respective owners.

Maoke Travel does not guarantee that the website is free of errors, interruptions or viruses. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the inability to access it. These terms of use are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute related to the use of this site will be submitted to the competent judges and courts of Medellín, Colombia.
